Soy-Fruit Smoothie

Carbotrol Foods, Glenview, IL, has added a new flavor to its line of whole soy-fruit smoothies: SoyBlendz Peach Passion. SoyBlendz is a non-dairy smoothie that contains a blend of exotic fruits, juices and whole soy. These smoothies are also fortified with calcium and vitamin D to produce the same nutritional level as whole milk. SoyBlendz smoothies use the whole soybean, not a “protein isolate,” to capture all of soy’s nutritional benefits, which is known to help reduce the risk of breast cancer, prostate cancer and heart disease.
